Abstract :
This paper proposed an adaptive network congestion control method integrate with enhanced NLMS predictor of transmit jitter for mobile VoIP, this method can adaptive adjust network congestion according to the network status. The testing result shows that the voice quality of mobile VoIP with proposed method is better than the voice quality of mobile VoIP without network congestion control method.
