Abstract :
Chaos theory will have a great development in measurement. But now Chaos measurement equipment´s sensitive components are all capacitors which measurement precision is not satisfactory, especially in the measuring WDV (weak direct voltage). To solve this problem, this paper successfully brings forward a new method from another way. This new method is also based on chaos theory; however, its measurement equipment´s sensitive components are not capacitors but inductors. This new method not only has a valid measurement for WDV but also has a very good accuracy and linearity. From another way, we make a new great progress.
