Abstract :
After the introduction to the calibration system function and target for missile testing equipments, the signal-oriented on-station calibration category is discussed. The calibration method based on self-check process is proposed to simplify the calibration process and saves the calibration time. Then, the measurement uncertainty promulgation in the measurement chain and the measurement uncertainty of significant signals are validated. At last, the hardware flat based on PXI-bus modules and calibration software based on Virtual Instrument are developed to meet with the requirement of universality, portableness and automatization. As shown in practice , the calibration system presents better measurement uncertainty and higher stability.
