Abstract :
The preparation method of a wild foliage insecticide for environmental amity was studied in this paper. Microwave, ultrasound and macrospore resin were used in the extraction and separation of effective compounds from different wild foliages. The wild foliage insecticide was made through mixing the right amount of these effective compounds. The obtain optimal conditions were as follows: the demanded water was 20%; the conditions of microwave treatment to break cell wall were 3 time and each time 30 seconds; ultrasound extraction was at pH 4-6, two time of life, each 30 minutes. The extraction yield attained 1.22% and the content of alkaloid was 94.3%. This preparation method made good use of effective compounds for insecticide from wild foliages and the extraction yield is high. With this wild foliage insecticide, both the drug resistance of insects and the environmental pollution caused by chemical pesticide might be well solve.
