  • Abstract
    Alternate prototype networks for symmetric coupled-resonator filters are available for instances when the standard canonical folded form cannot be realized. These occur when the even- and odd-mode networks resulting from bisection have degrees that differ by two or more. An example is presented of a dual-band filter in a symmetric double-diplexed structure.
