Abstract :
In order to accelerate the design and production of LNA, we can use an EDA tool software to simulate and design it. In this paper, we firstly describe its design principles, steps, functions and key performance indicators. Then we design a LNA with the BJT working on 2.2-2.6 GHz(its centre-frequency is 2.4GHz) and simulate its various parameters. At last we obtain the simulation results and the final design of the circuit. The results of simulation show that the amplifier´s gain is greater than 10dB, its input and output VSWR are about 1.5dB and its noise figure is about 2 dB in the centre-frequency. In the working frequency, this LNA is stable.
