Abstract :
Neural circuits that have qualitatively the same dynamic properties as continuous-time feedforward/feedback artificial neural nets are introduced. These neural circuits are realizable by all-MOS elements, and thus they are implementable by analog MOS VLSI technology. The circuits provide an efficient and inexpensive electronics for various tasks in identification and control
