Abstract :
When potassium permanganate oxidized humic acid, it has been discovered that they happened chemiluminescence reaction. Kinetic curve of system of KMnO4-humic acid is mapped and the reactions´ conditions are optimized. Meanwhile, a new method of chemiluminescence analysis of determination of humic acid in natural water, and linear range of the method is 1×10-1~1×102mg/L (R=0.9989) and the detection limit is 8×10-8g/ml. Doing parallel determination eleven times at the concentration of 20mg/L humic acid, finds that the relative standard deviation of RSD is 2.98%.
