Summary form only given. This presentation will discuss how Rudy Henning, a young Ph.D., was faced with the daunting task of getting productive work out of a bunch of freshly minted (even younger) Ph.D.s who only thought that they knew everything. I will include highlights related by colleagues of Henning in the microwave industry and the MTTS.
