Abstract
The generation of CBFs for dielectric bodies based on illuminating with external waves is considered in this paper. The conventional approaches for perfect electric conductors involve splitting the surface of the body into open pieces which must be solved independently for multiple external waves propagating in the background media. It will be detailed in the paper how these pieces must be handled in the case of dielectric bodies and how the external waves must be chosen. The simulation of a dielectric body with the CBFM is accomplished to validate the method.
