  • Abstract
    Dielectric inhomogeneities in a multilayered medium are generally simulated by FEM or FDTD. However, since their solution domain is the whole space, these methods are not efficient for simulating small objects separated by a large distance. In this article an MPIE-MoM formulation is proposed which incorporates equivalent volume currents for the simulation of dielectric inhomogeneities in multilayered medium
