Abstract :
With the innovation of equipment procurement organizational structure, it is important to evaluate the innovation of equipment procurement organizational system objectively. In this paper, we apply entropy theory in the evaluation model and the concept of entropy is described firstly. Then the effective entropy and the quality entropy are applied in optimizing equipment procurement organizational structure. Finally, we use the evaluation model based on entropy theory to calculation the order degree of a certain equipment procurement organizational structure and evaluate the innovation efficiency of the equipment procurement organizational structure. The results prove that it is applicable and available to use entropy theory in evaluation of equipment procurement organizational structure.
