Abstract
The permanent volumetric expansion ratio is one of the most important parameters in quality estimating of the gas cylinders, and the correctness and accuracy are dependent on the measuring device, which can be improved by the device technical level and weakening the environment influence. In this paper, it discusses the principle and composition of computer-controlled system. The experimental results show that the permanent volumetric expansion ratio tests of the gas cylinder by computer-controlled are more efficient and higher precision than the traditional manual control test and easy to operate; the pressure measurement error is at the range 0. IMPa, volumetric expansion measurement error is at the range 0. lml.
