Abstract :
A CMOS voltage reference with floating-output is presented. It has good performance on power supply rejection ratio and temperature coefficient, which uses RC filter and a local power supply voltage VDDL, effectively reducing the impact of the supply changes. A high performance amplifier and circuit implementation are given, to further improve the performance of floating reference circuit. The bandgap circuit is simulated and verified by the Hspice software. The results show that temperature coefficient is about 10.7ppm/°C and PSRR is about -100dB. The quiescent current is about 65μA.
