  • Abstract
The new approach of original strain-gage balance system for measurement of drag force in magnetic suspension and balance system was presented in previous papers. This system includes a model of special construction with drag force sensor, contactless infrared remote system (transmitter-on the model, receiver-outside of test section) and microprocessor based measuring device. The piezo-sensitive resonators as sensitive elements and nonmagnetic steel as material for sensor are used. This paper presents the new development of drag force sensor that includes a circuit of automatic correction of temperature influence on measurements result. As a result the proposed sensor has obtained the properties of a "smart" sensor
