Abstract :
Diesel is a set of tribology, thermodynamics, kinetics, electronics and mechanics as one of the complicated mechanical systems. If the diesel goes wrong, this will result in the heavy damage to property and affect the person safety. So the diesel diagnosis system is important for us to improve the ship and other power engine safety. This article makes use of marine diesel engine local vibration signals and bss method to find the diesel trouble. To achieve the diesel vibration diagnosis information as much as possible, the article uses the blind source separation (bss) algorithm and combining other time domain, frequency domain analysis technology. The independent signal source can also be identified through the linear mixture of the mutually independent signal source. It is also necessary to use some guideline and optimization algorithm. At the same time the diesel failure principle about the cylinder-piston abrasion and the valve clearance abnormal is discussed.
