Abstract

A system of detection, analysis and diagnosis on electromechanic systems is introduced in this paper. It combines PCI-6025E and Lab VIEW for Windows in order to construct the system that can detect, analyze and diagnose the potential, subtle or invisible problems in electromechanic systems that are in service. With FFT, cross correlation, Okay database and Problem Sample database, this system helps distinguish the mechanical problems from the electrical problems and even make a further diagnosis so as to prevent the hidden dangers related to the whole electromechanic system.
