Abstract :
The paper analyzes the characteristics and styles of the messages which are contained in the generally complicated testing control system. On the conflict between real-time message and the continuity of the state information, a new CAN bus network structure which is based on fault tolerant redundancy has been brought forward, and the protocol was established. The new net-structure can not only ensure the reliability, improve the transmission speed of information and the utilization factor of network bandwidth, but also brings convenience to the system design and the programming of the protocols. At last, the new network structure was validated on a four nodes experiment platform. The results of the experiment indicate that the design of the system is successful and meets the requirement of the system. The bus fault tolerant redundancy which the paper presented can also brings ideas to other testing control system based on data bus.
