Abstract :
This paper highlights the initiatives and the motives of EDP Distribuicäo to improve the quality of service, the measures that EDP already defined and that they are implementing and the additional initiatives to accelerate the improvement effort to improve EDP´s position. This effort should bring EDP among best performing energy companies and network operators in Europe in the near future.
