Comparative study of project management models from the perspective of property owner

While faced with a variety of project management models, property owners should how to select a suitable project management model to ensure quality, schedule control, and enhance project benefits. In this paper, traditional project management model (Desing-Bid-Bulid) and CM model are individually compared with DB model after these three kinds of project management models are briefly introduced. At present, it is considered that in comparison with the other two models DB model is with obvious advantages. But the owners must also consider its own conditions and project features while choosing the most suitable project management model.
