Abstract :
This paper presents a low power True Random Number Generator (TRNG), based on a new variant of the oscillator-based architecture, intended for a RFID application to be developed on AMS CMOS 0.35μm, 3.0V standard process. The circuit relies on a clock arbiter fed by two oscillators at the same frequency, in order to have a random output signal without the use of a high speed jittered oscillator technique.
