Abstract :
Any weapon-management institutions in charge of weapon research and acquisition should definitely take the initiative to build up a dynamic operating organization, adjusting the present weapon-management system in units and component parts, so that a better use of resources, an instant reaction to the fast changing acquisition sources, a mutual help and a better communication between the institutions in the same field as well as a greater profit can be achieved. The potential relation between knowledge and institutions is analyzed and a knowledge-based three-dimensional structure model is established in this paper, which provides a new perspective when choosing an appropriate management pattern of weapon items.
