Abstract :
This paper analyzes the deficiency of representative star pattern recognition algorithms for star trackers. With the progress of star pattern recognition algorithms, the latest algorithms are analyzed. For the characteristic of small satellite, the performance of the algorithms above is compared. The applicability for small satellite is investigated, and some instructive conclusions are presented.
