Abstract :
A general and efficient technique is presented for the extraction of the Green´s function of 2D Poisson equation in the stratified environment. In this method, the spectral-domain transmission line model of the Green´s function is adopted to facilitate the efficient application of the Krylov subspace order-reduction techniques for the analysis of transmission line system. The resulting Green´s function is fast to converge and easy to integrate. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated through its application to the capacitance parameter extraction of several examples of transmission lines
