Abstract :
Modified solid supported bilayer lipid membrane (S-BLM) electrodes characteristics were closely related to its sensitivity. Understanding the characteristics was the basis of scientific measurement. BLM, which was supported by stainless steel wire and modified by I2 and C60 respectively, and measured object were the studied system. The excitation-response characteristics and volt-ampere characteristics of electrodes were studied in the steady state and in the transient state. By the experiments, the characteristics of response curve and linear relationship were explained under the different controlled conditions, and the regularity of response current changing along with the potential were illuminated. The internal relationships between modified S-BLM electrode conductance and modified S-BLM sensitivity were showed by experimental data; the internal relationships between modified S-BLM electrode conductance and electrode performance were showed by experimental data. The important role of modified S-BLM electrode conductance was revealed in the energy conversion and measurement; the forming reason of modified S-BLM electrode conductance characteristics was showed; the main measurement methods based on the electrode characteristics in the steady state and the transient state was analyzed.
