Abstract :
The authors describe the new system (Sr7/9Pb2/9 ) (Ca1/5Mg4/5) TiO3-Bi2O3:3TiO2, focusing on the change in its dielectric properties with Bi2O3 :3TiO2 additions. The dielectric constants increase rapidly with Bi2O3:3TiO2 addition up to 4 mol.% and decrease at contents beyond that concentration. The dielectric constants thus depend on the Bi2O3:3TiO 2 content. The tan δ rapidly increases as a function of temperature below 20°C. Temperature coefficients of capacitance rapidly decrease as the Bi2O3:3TiO2 content is increased, but the specimens above 6 mol.% are nearly independent with respect to the content. Both ΔC% and tan δ% as a function of frequency are stable up to 100 kHz for all the specimens with above Bi2O3:3TiO2 above 4[mol.%]
