Abstract :
A novel time synchronization scheme is proposed for MB-OFDM UWB system. It uses RNDC metric to locate the start of the FFT window. Both reliable timing accuracy and reasonable MSE can be achieved for different channel models. Furthermore, the scheme is robust to parameter setting. Computer simulations show that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing scheme.
