Abstract
The service creation and execution domain concept for INs (intelligent networks) is proposed. This concept defines the scope for interactions and accesses between services, functions, and data. Furthermore, the authors clarify the functional requirements for IN service creation and execution processes, as well as the roles of the proposed service creation and execution domain concept. A discussion is also presented of the hierarchical domain types in relation to the identified IN participants, and the general rules for the proposed domain concept are identified
