Abstract :
We have analysed the basic examples of cases of completely transmitted light. The paper presents a theory of light transmission (radiation transfer theory) in matter. This theory is universal for all electromagnetic ranges. Moreover, the Ewald-Oseen extinction theorem corresponds to the radiation transfer theory, which is shown, too.
