  • Abstract
Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is a newly developed control strategy. It has simple structure, strong disturbance rejection ability and is independent on accurate mathematical model. When ADRC is applied to multiple - input -multiple -output (MIMO) processes, the interactions of two control loops are treated as disturbance, which is estimated by extended state observer (ESO) and then actively compensated. In this paper, a decentralized control system using ADRC strategy is proposed for the two - input - two - output (TITO) processes that are well known in industrial control. The set point tracking simulation, perturbation simulation as well as the random Monte-Carlo experiment is carried out. The results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed design method for the TITO systems.
