Abstract
A new grey incidence method is proposed to address the uncertain multiple attribute decision making problem with three-parameter interval numbers and unknown weights. A distance function of three-parameter interval numbers is defined, base on which the grey incidence coefficient. Then the attributes´ weights are calculated according to the minimum deviation theory, and the degrees of grey incidence between optimal project and alternative projects are generated, and the ranking of alternatives is expressed by affiliate degree of every project. Finally, two numerical examples are used to demonstrate the proposed method including the superiority of distance function by example 1 and the validity and feasibility by example 2.
