Abstract :
Automatic test technology has been applied in weapon maintenance. General-utility and opening is the developmental trend of ATE design. This paper adopts the pattern based on database to establish the software platform, integrates all kinds of technologies to control test processes. The development of test programs uses IVI-MSS and signal-oriented ATS software for reference. The function interface technology and modularization technology are used to achieve the interchangeability and portability of TPS. The practical application indicates that the design of software is reasonable, and the software platform is applicable for fast and accurate fault diagnoses and test of various equipments.
