Mutual recognition of test results-the way forward for the exchange of goods

This paper is aimed at the idea of establishment of trusting relationship between Russia and Western European countries in the field of exchange of goods, services and technologies. The Trust is capable of meeting technical requirements of the international trade in some products for the benefit of producers and consumers. The materials grew out of the joint activity between the Siberian Certification Center of Tomsk Polytechnic University (SCC TPU), Russia, and the LGA (Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern), Nuernberg, Germany, within the framework of the agreement about cooperation in international certification including information exchange and mutual recognition of test results
