  • Abstract
    According to the consumption of resources, environment and GDP, as well as the relationship among the three, this paper analyzes circular economy with the method of system dynamics. Firstly, the conception of green GDP is introduced, and the possibility of system dynamics is proven with the grey incidence analysis. Furthermore, the system dynamics model of circular economy with three different states is set up, whose validity and practicability is proven.
