Abstract :
Considering the limitation and deficiencies in traditional safety monitoring of hoisting equipment which adopts the load moment limiter to monitor safety, a scheme of the stability monitoring for the large-scale hoisting transfer equipment is put forth. The method of measuring hydraulic leg forces by weighing sensor to judge safety for the hoisting equipment is adopted in this scheme. By analyzing stress of hoisting equipment, the mathematical model of boom´s azimuth, pitch angle, Working range and load. The safety monitoring system is designed. This system can display boom´s various working state. Consequently, real-time safety monitoring of the hoisting equipment working process is realized.
