Abstract
According to the effect of teacher professional development related to information technology, advanced teachers in Pudong were investigated. Based on the research result, the personal factors, such as theoretical study, published papers, teaching attitude and development goals, is obtained by gray system theory. Moreover, analysis of these factors and the relationship between teacher professional development are studied to find the main constraints personal factors, which assists the professional development of teachers and provides some useful advice.
