Indicator system for ecological environment construction in tourism attractions

Due to the lack of environmental protection consciousness and the pursuit of short-term economic benefits, many people overlook the protection and management of ecological environment in the development and operation process of tourist attractions. Our study tends to build an index system for the ecological environment construction of the tourist attractions, in line with the negative influence that tourism activities impact on the ecological environment and the corresponding environmental protection measures proposed by previous researches. The indicator system is conducted to enhance the intelligent service ability of the tourist attraction, so that it can help to collect and analyze internal and external data and thus help the entity to improve decision-making ability. Our index system includes the following six aspects including ecoenvironmental situation of the tourist attractions; ecological environment construction investment; ecological environmental management; pollution control situation; tour resource utilization rate; and tourism economic benefits. The indicator system can improve the intelligent service ability of the tourist attraction, as well as to promote the sustainable development of the tourism attractions.
