Abstract :
On behalf of the organizing committees, we would like to cordially welcome you to the 2010 Symposium on VLSI Technology, which returns once again from the scenic mountains of Kyoto to the beautiful shores of Honolulu, Hawaii. The VLSI Symposium, which is jointly sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) and the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP), has long been recognized as one of the premiere technical conferences showcasing the latest advancements in semiconductor microelectronics, and this year is no exception.
