Abstract :
According to the connotation of the innovation ability of aviation industry cluster, the evaluation framework of aviation industry cluster innovation ability is proposed. Under its guidance, evaluation index system of the aviation industry cluster innovation ability is established, from the aspects of innovation service, innovation investment and innovation performance. The index weight is determined by using the order relation of subjective indicators based weighting method. The aviation industry cluster innovation ability is measured by using grey incidence analysis. Finally, by taking Yanliang aviation industry cluster innovation ability evaluation as example, the feasibility and practicability of proposed evaluation model is verified.
