Abstract :
According to the experiment research´s need of the direct expansion solar heat pump multi-function machine (DX-SAHPM ) , this paper introduces the design plan of the computer-aided testing and controlling system(CAT&C), with temperature, pressure, flux measured by sensor used as inputting parameters, with industry programme computer(IPC) used as micro process unit and with man-machine interface used as real-time monitoring thermal physical parameters. The CAT&C system can complete automatic measuring, monitoring and saving of all real-time experiment data, and it can also extend its function so it can control some parameters(such as flux) intelligently according to the real status. The CAT&C system´s testing result in spring and winter is well consistent with theory calculation, which indicates that the design plan is reasonable and the data are exact and that at the same time it also offers reliable hardware platform for the future study of DX-SAHPM heat pump. The CAT&C system can also test and adjust thermal parameters for the other similar thermal system. This paper emphatically introduces the measuring points´ layout, system monitoring, control principle and method, and it also analyzes the experimental testing data and intellective control.
