Abstract :
In this report we consider the new method of space communications with a descending space apparatus at the landing stage which consists of transmitting an electromagnetic (EM) signal through plasma using a magnetic field. The main problem is to build a transparent magnetic window through which the EM signal can propagate. The solution of this problem problem is based on the analysis of the transmission of EM waves through a layer of the nonuniform plasma, and the microwave antennas. The EM wave is propagated perpendicularly to the surface of the space apparatus
