Abstract
A new grey incidence analysis model is presented in this paper based on nearness perspective for risk assessment of engineering project bidding. Compared with the general grey incidence analysis model, base on correlation analysis the new model is proved to be more reliable by a simple risk assessment example. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the new model is also verified through a practical case study of the risk assessment index system of bidding project. Results indicate that the new model can remedy the drawback of the general grey incidence analysis model and provide a useful tool for the risk assessment of engineering project bidding to obtain scientific and reasonable results for decision-makers.
