Abstract :
A new method to improve DGM (1, 1) model based on time coefficient-amended is put forward. Firstly the equal interval with time coefficient is amended and the computing method is given. Secondly the improved DGM (1, 1) model is applied in some cases. The application results show that forecast precision of the improved DGM (1, 1) model has been improved greatly.
