Abstract :
In the article the complex adaptive features of the enterprise network is discussed, and the behavior model of enterprise network agents is presented. Complex adaptive system (CAS) is a complex dynamic system composed of various independent agents, which are various in the form and ability. With the accumulation of experience, CAS adapts to the environment by changing the rules. The core idea of CAS theory is “adaptive build complexity”. Enterprise network is a network-style organizational formed to meet today´s changing external environment. It refers to the summary of relationships based on common social and cultural background and the basis of mutual trust, connected with information technology, and forged by a group of interconnected enterprise behavior agents and institutions in the process of sharing resources, exchanging resources, and delivering resources in order to respond to market changes quickly. Although the enterprise network has a variety of forms, they all have the basic characteristics of CAS: aggregation, identification, nonlinear, stream, diversity, internal model and building blocks.
