  • Abstract
This study investigates the mediation effects of the four components of psychological empowerment on the relationship between supervisor support and job satisfaction. To test this relationship, 350 boundary employees in automobile repair store were surveyed. Regression analysis findings demonstrated that psychological empowerment and its´ four dimensions partially mediated the relationship. This study demonstrates that to improve job satisfaction, the managers need to be focused on while stimulated employees´ choice and impact while ensuring job skill and significance.
