Abstract :
Thus, to guarantee the quality of the inspection process and, consequently, the feasibility of the preventive maintenance program, this paper are proposing two computational systems. The first one is a system to prioritize this is preventive maintenance tasks, in order to achieve the best possible reliability respecting the constrained maintenance budgets. This system is based on a methodology that use information, such as feeder demand; number of consumer supplied; performance index, etc., and in priorities factors adjusted by the system user. As a result, the system provides a hierarchical schedule of inspections. The second system is resident in a handheld device, which is used to support the inspector in his tasks. In this system the inspector can visualize the real system, select specific equipment and inform what maintenance action is necessary to do. This paper describes the functionality of the first computational application, shown the main functions and the advantages to utility on uses the computational system.
