Abstract :
In order to enhance the forecast precision of support cost in equipment life cycle cost (LCC), a forecasting model of weapon equipment is established based on the hybrid theory of Grey systems theory and neural network (NN). The support cost is estimated by making use of GM(0,N) model firstly, then the error of the estimating result is simulated and compensated by LMBP NN model. Finally, the validation of the proposed method is confirmed by the forecasting result has higher precision from an numerical example.
