Abstract :
The modes and its vibrations of the weapon system have the greatest effect on shot dispersion. It is very important to get its dynamic characteristic for the good of firing accuracy. A method to amend the dynamic characteristics of a machine gun is presented. The modal analysis experiment platform based on LMS is built. The results supply academic gist for further improving the structure dynamic characteristic of the machine gun.
