Abstract :
Over the past fifty years, consumption of electrical energy has not ceased to grow within the industrialized world. Transmission and distribution power lines have been extended. The use of electrical equipment and devices of all sorts has grown widespread: radio, television, household appliances, microwave ovens, refrigerating equipment, personal computers, etc. Despite the fact that electricity has become essential for our quality of life, society has begun to wonder about the potential effects related to its presence in our environment.
