Abstract :
Nowadays, the algorithm used in cord fabric is relatively scarce. According to the texture characteristics of cord fabric, this article put forward a new algorithm in the area of cord fabric defects detection, which is multiple windows gray ratio (MWGR for short). In this paper, the concept of the gray ratio is introduced on the basis of the features of cord fabric gray level histogram combined with threshold value theory; according to the characteristics of cord fabric defect, a multiple windows method is raised based on the sliding windows theory. Experimental results show that MWGR method used for cord fabric defect detection is feasible effective, and achieve satisfied results.
